I Can Project, funded by BBC Children in Need, works with Children Young people and families from African and African Caribbean Backgrounds.

The broad aims of the project is to increase confidence and self-esteem, improve knowledge and skills and increase access to education and training.

This is done through :

• » Family learning days,
• » Diversity and awareness training in schools,
• » Colleges and community groups,
• » Educational workshops,
• » Young people’s drop in and a youth forum.
